What is the processing time:

All products leaving our workshops are scrupulously inspected before shipping

This processing time can take between 4 hours and

24h when the product is in stock. However for more complex products, which are not in stock, it takes longer. Before ordering check the availability of the product you want. If you are in a hurry, select only products in stock.

But despite this you may not be satisfied with your order We accept returns within 7 days after receipt of your package.Return costs are at your expense and non-refundable. You must pack the package and use a carrier offering a delivery against signature. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package.

How to return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it (with conditions).

·      First contact us, explaining the reason for your return.

·      Take a picture of the product to prove that it is still in good condition.

·      Wait to receive from us your "return confirmation"

·      Carefully pack your order, snd and send us the tracking number.

After verification, we will proceed with the exchange or refund. (the repayment can take between 2 and 14 days depending on interbank time)


Products must be in their new condition, unworn, unmodified.

Here are the details of our return conditions

(If only one of these conditions is not respected, we will refuse any exchange or refund)

·      The product must be in its original state

·      No damage, no hole, no loose thread

·      The lace should be intact and not cut.

·      No attempt to color the hair, no smell, no dirt, no product, no shampoo.

·      If the hair is wavy or curly, the texture must be in its original state.

·      The returns also include the gifts offered with your product if they are not returned, we will charge them.

If you meet all of these conditions, Glam Lace will refund or to exchange.

Important Information for Anyone who would try to send us back a lace wig already used.

your experience allows us to detect if a lace has been worn or altered. Please do not waste our time if you have used the wig even for a day

If after verification, we find that the lace is not in its original condition, there will be no exchange or refund and you will be charged a treatment fee of 60 €.
